I just found this out from the PC alumni magazine.... I'm so sorry. I played Tuba with Jay in the pep band for a while, and had been friends with him while at PC. I'll always remember the first time we met: I walked into the Pep Band informational meeting and as soon as I said I played tuba too, he jumped up, woohoo-ing and coming over to hug me! I came to figure out that's just how he was, and it was awesome. He will be missed by me, and I send my condolences out to all whom he loved.
