Bastian Rosmolen, 90, St. Joseph, died May 12, 2010 at his residence
Born July 14, 1919 in Geervliet, Holland to Handirk and Maartje (Van Derhoek) Rosmolen.
Bastian married Johanna Terhorst on December 12, 1945.
He was a dairy farmer and then drove a school bus for 10 years.
Bastian was an active member and Elder at the Community Presbyterian Church and a member of Gideon’s International.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and his brother.
Bastian loved camping and fishing.
(Survivors:) his wife, Johanna; children, B.J. Rosmolen (Vicki), Teresa Steele (Rick), Joann Pederson (Jim), Martiena Richter (Max) all of St. Joseph and Margaret Morey (Dennis), Oskaloosa, IA; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
(Memorial Service:) 2:00 P.M. Saturday, Community Presbyterian Church. The Family suggests memorial gifts to the Community Presbyterian Church or Gideon’s International. Care provided by Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Online guests book and obituary at www.meierhoffer.com.
