Paul was born in Ravenscroft, TN on May 17, 1936, a son of the late Pauline (Hutchings)  and A.W. (Pete)   Walker.  He had been a coal miner and after he retired he resided with his mother in Ravenscroft.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, one brother James A. Walker of Chattanooga, and one son James Edward Walker of Crossville.

He is survived by one daughter Paula Fay Hill and husband Jesse of Sparta, one sister-in-law Linda Walker, granddaughters Amy Kincer, Maria Layne, and Jill Hammond of Sparta and Kelly Walker of Crossville.  One Grandson John Paul Walker of Crossville.  Great grandchildren Jada and Hailey Kincer, Zoey and John Robert Layne, and Brynlee and Briley Abbott.  Nephews Mike Walker of Chattanooga, Dee Walker of Louisville, TN, and one niece Lisa Ramsey of Nashville.

There will be a graveside service, Friday, September 27th at 10 am at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
