Jimmy Travis Walker, 40 passed away on Friday July 29, 2011. He was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County, was of the Freewill Baptist Faith, He was a 1991 graduate of Clintwood High School.

He was preceded in death by his father William E. Walker.

He is survived by his wife: Candi Walker, Clintwood VA.

Mother: Gaynell Walker, Coeburn VA.

Step father: Roger Kelsey, Coeburn VA.

One daughter: Abigail Walker, Clintwood VA.

One Son: Travis Walker, Clintwood VA.

One sister: Bessie Shepard, Clintwood VA.

Two brothers: Ruben Walker, Townsend Tennessee.

Jerry Wayne Smith, Tarpon VA.

Mother and Father in law: Jackie and Phane Baker.

Brother in laws: Brian Rose and Davy Baker.

Sister in law: Leona Baker.

Several nieces and nephews, and a special niece Gaynell Shepard.

Pallbearers will be Paul Gorman, Jerry Smith, Kenny Stevens, Scotty French, Dustin Fleming, Brian Rose, Ruben Walker, Buddy Wellborn.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Phane Baker, Davy Baker, Joe McCowan, Johnny McCowan, Roger Kelsey, Tim Hill, Mitchell French, James French, Jeremy Maine, Jonah Gorman, Bradley Barrington.

Family will receive friends on Monday August 1, 2011 at 6:00 pm In the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel followed with a song service at 7:00 pm.

Funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday August 2, 2011 at 1:00 pm with Greg Cyphers officiating. Burial will follow in the Stevens Cemetery located on Neeley Ridge Clinchco VA.
